The Simple Sophisticate podcast released 22 episodes in 2021 with content ranging from inviting simplicity into your everydays to discovering the purpose of our lives. After reading many different books on skills worth exploring – how to build secure relationships, how to love well, how to strengthen vitality – as well as interviews with authors with newly released books on French food and artists and their homes, upon reflection, this year has brought an abundance of detailed content which is why I enjoyed beginning to offer bundles by theme to help listeners navigate deep into a topic they are most interested to explore.
Five bundles were shared this year (with the new blog redesign, you will be able to eventually find all of them on the Podcast page – in the meantime, I have listed them all below), and I look forward to releasing more in the future.
With the new year about to begin and a new episode of the podcast going live on Monday January 3rd, I wanted to share with you the top episodes of this past year.
I also wanted to bring to your attention to improvements coming our way with the new blog redesign being released in January. Look as well for a new podcast square with new art to debut in January as well. While we increased the font on the square earlier this past fall, after having worked with my new illustrator Sarah Löcker, upon seeing one of her new illustrations for the book, I knew immediately I wanted it to be the new image for the podcast. When it debuts I will be sure to bring it to your attention on the show, as well as explain why I made my selection.
But now to the top 7 episodes of 2021. The first two are the two most downloaded Anglophile and Francophile episodes (look for a round-up of each category – British and France) followed by the five most downloaded, listened to and commented on episodes this year across three platforms – TSLL blog, YouTube or wherever you download your favorite podcasts.
