February has begun and our first month of 2018 is in the history books. Many of us, including myself, set out to make improvements, big or small, but definitely significant and impactful on the overall quality of our life.
Last month, I sat down with Trá Renee Chambers on Afternoon Live to share the first six ideas for welcoming the quality into our lives, and yesterday I had the opportunity to discuss six more ideas as well as examine them further in our segment. While I have found all of these ideas to be beneficial as I edit and improve my life, the final point, is a powerful reminder to keep in mind when the going gets difficult and we question whether or not we want what we thought we originally deeply desired. The entire twelve month list of ideas to welcome the quality into your life is detailed here, and the six that were discussed in the segment are discussed in great detail in each of the following posts below:

I will see what I can find!
Great segment and a unique way to plan the year. I never thought of setting individual goals for each month of the year!
I think the less we have to focus on, the more successful we will be. And the beauty of this approach is that we can mix them up, spend 2 week’s establishing one that is easier and perhaps 6 week’s on another that is more challenging. Thanks for checking it out. 🙂
