The first season of The Simply Luxurious Kitchen premiered this past September, and I had so much fun putting together, sharing with viewers and then eating the food that was created in each episode!
There were eight episodes plus the pilot episode in Season 1, and based on views and downloads (the blog, YouTube or wherever you enjoy your podcasts), the top five of nine episodes are compiled here.
From desserts, to dinners, to breakfasts and with much inspiration from my love for French cuisine, I was excited to share not only the recipes, but tips and ideas for making a meal that incorporates the flavors of the season and is simple and most definitely scrumptious.
I am always looking to improve my knowledge of cooking, baking and the science of food which is why most recently, I was tickled to be invited to partake in a private cooking class in Portland, Oregon, with France-based cookbook author and teacher Susan Hermann Loomis (check out my Instagram Highlights – Susan Hermann to see what we made, and stop by in January when I will share a detailed post my evening in the cooking class). As well, my experience with Patricia Wells in Provence this summer for a week long cooking class is something I will never forget (you can read about my entire experience here).
Look for Season 2 of The Simply Luxurious Kitchen to premiere on Saturday September 7th, and in the meantime enjoy the entire first season here and the top five episodes below. Thank you to everyone who tuned in, shared their own creations inspired by the season and left a review! I cannot wait to share more my kitchen experiences with you in the coming fall.
