After months of planning and longing to return since last summer, I’ve boarded a plane for Paris. And the good news is, The Simply Luxurious Life readers can come along virtually as well. With daily posts on the blog (weekends too!) following topics that catch my eye and interest throughout my stay (regular weekly postings will resume after the trip), as well as sharing glimpses of the City of Light with Instagram followers, the list of things to do and see is long, and I can wait for the wheels to touch down on French soil.

Prior to leaving, the question of what to wear while traveling for nearly 19 hours was on my mind the past few days, and I’ve finally settled on an outfit after perusing for inspiration . . .

With the need to catch some sleep, feel comfortable, but also feel confident that style is being kept in mind, Lucza’s black jersey maxi (now on sale!), Levi’s dark denim jacket, DVF print scarf, sandals and black sunnies (similar) are the perfect pieces to achieve the goal of chic travel comfort.
