Straight-leg pants with a slightly higher waist continue to be both in fashion and stylish. Choose a color or wash that works well with the neutrals you most enjoy. Wear with flats or the classic Chelsea boot, a touch of subtle, but strong jewelry, a versatile handbag or one for the October markets when the warm weather lingers, offering beautiful surprises that don’t require a coat (I need to pick up the Longchamp market tote below especially at such a great price for just this occasion), a lip tint I am loving that is also a balm – something to have in your pocket for just about any occasion and of course, and three books for different interests that have just been released or will be released soon and are receiving positive buzz around them.

Let’s take a look at each of the three outfits. (Most items in the images are in the SHOP THE OUTFIT scroll, but a few are not, so are listed in the links below the image.)

  1. I love all of these outfits. I have seen a few bucket hats and really like the style and find that it may be quite flattering so I will check out both the Cos and Lack of Colour (not sure if we can get it in the UK). The Rails sweater is immediately added to my purchase list and the Longchamp Filet bag has been sitting in my to buy list for some time! You always offer styles I know I will like so love to check out your style posts. Plus, Jacqueline in Paris sounds like a fabulous version of a story about Jackie O’s life! Thank you for the ideas and recommendations, as always
