TIPS for Success:
- Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit and watch the lessons.
- For many of the videos, relocate to your kitchen and practice the skills along with Shannon as she teaches them. Have a stool or seat available to sit down in between practicing.
- Grab a pen or pencil or other writing utensil for your tech device.
- For each lesson and mini-lesson, a pdf document will be available with the notes and details shared in the video. Prior to watching each one, upload (to be able to write on a tablet) or print out to be able to handwrite upon the document) the pdf so that you can take notes, highlight, or underline key pieces of information that speak to you or that you want to further explore.
- Pour yourself a cup of your favorite drink of choice – tea, coffee, wine or water for example – as mini lessons range in time between 10-35 minutes each.
