While I am not particularly a fan of floral prints, there is something eye-catching about just the right amount of a spring print that resembles the most-awaited blooms of the season. Whether in a structured skirt, scarf, or ankle pants paired with a simple neutral separate, they can make a very strong, modern feminine statement. And of course white is never a bad choice, from an eyelet dress, a simple blouse or a shift that is as comfortable as it is chic. Have a look, and welcome the spring season in colorful style. Be sure to comment below on your favorite outfit as it will be shopped next week on the blog.
Last week the color abounded in each outfit, and as with spring comes a touch of brilliant brights as well as comfort, the cargo pants outfit was the popular choice. Paired with SJP’s coral sandals and cropped cargos, with heels this outfit finds just the right feminine, yet casual balance. These are all so lovely … am really stuck between 3 and 5….3 is so wearable, but 5 is so elegant (and those sandals!) . Ok, I’m going with 3. Thanks for the great inspiration!

The floral print skirt , neutral top, and chunky bracelet….or the black and white flowy dress? It’s spring…the season of color..The floral print skirt, please.
I love them all!
#2 and #5 are my favs…both so elegant and chic!
I think I’m going to have to go with #5
Thank you so much for the lovely pictures! That black embroidered dress is to die for!!!
All are so lovely. The skirt in #3 is fantastic as is the necklace in #6. My favorite has to be….the last. The dress is amazing!
The top in outfit no 2 is stunning as are the shoes and bag in outfit no 1. I’m not a floral person either. Although I cant wear white next to my face as it washes me out, I am always drawn to white tops and dresses.
Definitely loving the floral pencil skirt and gray t!
The sandals in the first pic I would love… and in pic 7 the blouse/shirt I would love to own… classically simple and yet so stylish X
I love image #6, the unbuttoned very low white blouse with the chain! It’s so simple and so sexy. I’ve seen this same photo several times before on your blog and every time I wonder a) where to get a link chain like that and b) how to wear my blouse like that without flashing everyone. I’m not sure it’s possible in real life but it sure looks great.
I like the white, eyelet dress shown in your header. I have been searching for a white, classic style dress and I found one on the Tory Burch website. I ordered the Carolina dress in navy, white and hats print. I really liked all three colors but I chose the hats print dress. I am pairing the dress with a suede, taupe, colored belt with white polka dots painted on the belt and a pair of suede, taupe, colored, chunky heeled sandals by Paul Green.
Love the white eyelet dress–it looks similar to a dress worn by Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, on the Australian tour. Hers was by an Australian designer.
I love the long white shirt with jeans, I think is number 5!
#4 for me! I love the juxtaposition of the gray tee with the refined floral skirt and lovely shoes.
The black embroidered dress. Wow!
There are so many great pieces in this post but one and three are my favorites
