Yes, officially spring arrives today in the northern hemisphere, and yes, the weather is beginning to shed the cold, frigid grip of ole man winter. However, for the next few weeks, style is in a transition period: savvy women of style will need to have layers at the ready as temperatures will be quite fickle before they make up their mind to remain calm and warm. So today’s Style Inspiration pics will hopefully provide a few ideas on how to navigate this ambiguous time of year. Enjoy perusing and don’t forget to comment on your favorite as it will be shopped next week here on the blog!
A classic trench, sunnies at the ready and white streamlined jeans help to create a uniform look that looks pulled together, comfortable and timeless.

Inès de la Fressange always looks amazing! (Black wrap dress)
The print skirt, please.
With the fedora
The print skirt is beautiful.
Doesn’t get any better than the simple black wrap dress.
It’s a tie between the black shirt/print skirt combo and the Ines black wrap dress (love her!)
A black wrap dress is a chic as it gets. I do think that the pink sweater and pegged jeans say “spring” the most, however.
Oh, my goodness – so many to choose from! I’m partial to #5-8 and choosing between them was very difficult, but my vote goes to #6, the lovely sweater/jeans/boot look. Chic, easy to wear, and a great template for filling in with what’s in my closet.
I agree with Patricia-amazing! I’m going to “vote” for #7 – looks very winter to spring to me.
I like outfit of the week #12 that’s here too….am determined to start wearing my white jeans earlier this year, I think once the snow is all gone I’ll fell comfortable with it.
sweater/jeans/boots/fedora combo is my fave transition into spring outfit. It is so wearable – it can be pulled together based on any budget!
I like 3,5,6….love the bright pink….J.lo Had the same color on the other day and I loved it. I can find a wrap dress…wore several during the winter.
I love the Coach tote. The studded bottom makes it unique!
Luv Luv Luv the print skirt!! Happy Spring!!
Where do I get the leopard print pants in the top photo?
Thanks!
Print skirt AND the black ballet style neckline. Love that!!!
Correction: boatneck style 😀
I love your style! Can you please tell me where you got your mustard colored pumps? I have been looking everywhere for them.
Those shoes make such a statement don’t they? While they aren’t mine, just an image that caught my eye, you can follow the link at the bottom of the post.
