The weather can’t make up its mind, and neither can I when it comes to what to wear each day I go to work. One day I’m wearing boots in frigid temps and the next a sheath as temperatures soar to the 60s. And so, today’s Style Inspiration speaks to not one particular theme. While black will always be in style, so too will be one’s ability to exhibit their own personality style no matter what the weather.

This week’s Outfit is just warm enough, but not too encumbering. With classic pieces that can easily mix and match with other items in your closet, Gwenyth’s style choice can be easily worn from year to year without losing a step. 1. Thanks so much for your lovely blog. While black will always be in style, I think we need to be aware as to whether or not it is our friend. It’s so easy to have black become your fall back. When shopping, I find myself drawn to black, but know I don’t look good in all black and need some soft color around my face. I was thrilled to see pale pink will be a big spring color – bring on spring!

  2. Hi Shannon, I love the patterned dress in picture 2, it looks such an easy outfit to pull together yet so stylish.
Outfit number 1 with the pale pink coat is a great look for weekend errands too.
