A room bathed in natural light. That’s enough. I am sold. But then, you remodel the space into a state of the art kitchen and I am nearly speechless.

Inundated with Mother Nature’s dynamic and fleeting gift given to each day, Claudia and Matthew Donaldson’s northwest London Victorian Townhouse offers a kitchen I would have a hard time leaving.

Open and expansive, yet simple and streamlined, the landscape is the decor and the kitchen functions as expected and hoped to dine alone, dine with loved ones, dine with a special list of guests at an intimate dinner party. While the entire home is worth a look, this room had me at first click.

  1. Absolutely love it. Our eldest daughter is flat hunting in London at the moment and the interiors she has shown me are stunning, beautiful old terraced Victorian town houses turned into ground floor and first floor apartments, everywhere they have kept the original features but integrated state of the art kitchens, I have swooned over so many of them!
