My sincerest of apologies, as the Au Courant Weekly as been put on hiatus for the time being until I get my two new schedules to coordinate.

I feel spoiled for the riches that life has bestowed on me, and I want to make sure that what I do complete and share is top quality both here on TSLL and in my classroom. After the first week back teaching at my new school, I am busy front-loading and putting into place a foundation that will hopefully allow more free time, but until then, the Au Courant Weekly is the only post that is being put on pause.

This was not an easy decision for me as this particular weekly post has quickly become one of my favorites (and listeners’ as well), so be sure I will be doing my best to bring it back as soon as I can.

  1. A totally understandable decision Shannon, I’ve been amazed that you’ve managed so much during this time of intense change. I’ll look forward to Au Courant returning when you have fine-tuned your schedules and, I trust, taken some time out for you.

  2. Thank you so much for all that you post Shannon. I really appreciate it. Your blogs is one of the highlights of my day. Take care.

  3. “My classroom” really opened my eyes about an ongoing relationship problem I’ve been having with an old friend. Thank you for that.

  4. I’ve been one of your quiet followers, never commenting but always enjoying every post and podcast. And this, stepping back a little to get things in order, is yet another thing I can learn from you today. ?

  5. I am so happy to hear you are prioritizing Shannon. “Saying no” graciously and setting boundaries, so essential. I’m also happy to hear my phone wasn’t failing me, which is what I assumed when there was no podcast in the feed 🙂

  6. Quality over quantity is your message and you’d be inconsistent with that if you tried to do too many things at once. Well done. We’ll be here when you come back.
